The Lost Cajun

Brad and Nikki have become the newest members of the Colorado Lost Cajun family this year!

While they were talking with a business broker about a different opportunity, the casual conversation led back to the restaurant life. The Lost Cajun franchise came up, and that was it! Brad and Nikki began looking into what this was all about, and the family style franchise along with amazing support and opportunity made bringing the Lost Cajun to their home area of Douglas County, CO an easy decision! They plan to open locations in Castle Rock, Parker and Highlands Ranch.

Brad began his working life as a kid with his father in a successful landscape business in Castle Rock, CO. He also worked at a local pizzeria in the evenings, and soon grew to be managing partner of his own pizzeria in Highlands Ranch. This award winning pizzeria was a favorite among the families and the community and remains a favorite to this day. After several years in the pizza business, Brad left the restaurant business and moved into the financial sector and has been successfully working for a leader in financial services for the past several years. Nikki pursued her love of helping others and moved into nursing. She earned her Master’s degree in nursing and has been successfully practicing for the past 16 years.

Raised in the Douglas County area south of Denver, Brad and Nikki went to high school together and were married 24 years ago. They are blessed with 3 beautiful children: Bergyn (20 yrs) and twins Braedyn and Brooklyn (7 yrs).

As the years passed Brad and Nikki had always talked about going back into the restaurant business, but the typical pizza or burger shop wasn’t appealing and didn’t meet their long-term goals and aspirations.

We are so glad to have Nikki and Brad be part of The Lost Cajun Family!
